I don't do enough cardio.

That's a fact fo shizzle. I hate to run, or elliptical, or bike, or even get off the couch. I don't mind walking the kiga, but I hate snow, and we gots lots of snow. The kiga doesn't get it, she thinks its cool to walk, and even cooler to walk in the snow. I agree on half of that.

I love to lift weights, and its not hard to motivate me to do so. So I bought a barbell set to use at home. Hopefully, this will allow me to use my 11 o clock gym time to fit in some much needed cardio.

After I carried over 300 lbs of lead up to my attic, I needed to test out the placement of everything, so I tossed some weight on and played around. Yesterday, my workout was very easy, so I figured I'd push myself and see how far I could go today. I benched 180 for reps. Wednesday, I struggled a lot with 160. This begs the question, What the fuzznuckle could cause my bench to go up 20lbs in 3 days? I don't know, but I'm happy with it.

My goal is to bench 200 for reps, so in reality, I just got 50% closer to my goal. How? I don't know.
